We’ve been busy @ The Ranch making records and such. Now I finally have a minute to tell you about some of the best shows on the beach in the next few weeks…..
This weekend’s must see is The Monster Band at Kelly’s Friday May 6 and Saturday May 7 with The Ranch’s Scott Franson behind the boards and the incomparable Dari J fronting - these folks are all top class musicians. One of the best cover bands you’ll see anywhere.
If you’re looking for a more laid back groove you should definitely check out The DreadNecks @ The BRG Friday or OBBS Satuday. These guys really know how to groove! Lots of jam-band funky flavor and a good measure of roots reggae’ll cure what ails ya!
And if a fine meal with your tunes is the order of the day…

BAREFOOT BERNIES’ 5TH ANNIVERSARY JAM CELEBRATION!
Bernie is turning 5 and we’re pulling out all the stops to make sure its one to remember. The Ranch’s Scott Franson will be hosting Open Mic as usual but we’re starting out with a full band and are expecting appearances by even more awesome musicians than usual including singer/songwriter Dawn Burke and many more. Musicians are encouraged to email us or call ahead 252.449.8355 to sign up as it is expected to be a busy night!

Don’t miss Low Standards at Krave on Saturday May 29 @ 8pm. One of the best young hard rock bands in the region. With truly epic songwriting, Eric McGuinness’s blazing fast leads, and enough energy to kill a wildebeast you’re sure to be hearing much more from them in years to come.
